I don’t get reminder notifications
Check your phone’s Settings, Notifications, and make sure Aime is allowed. On Android, turn off battery optimisation for Aime so reminders arrive on time.
An event’s lunar date looks off?
Aime calculates the lunar calendar in Vietnam’s time zone. If something looks wrong, email us the date and we will check right away.
Will I lose my data when I switch phones?
Turn on backup (free) before switching, then sign in with the same account on the new phone.
How do I delete or export my data?
In the app: Settings, Data. You can export a calendar file (.ics) and a data file (.json), or delete everything.
