Terms of use
Updated 12 October 2026 · In effect from this date. It may be updated after legal review, and we will tell you about any important change.
In short: calendar, reminders and backup are free. Date suggestions and Aime’s answers are for reference only. Your data stays yours, and you can delete it any time.
Accepting these terms
By downloading and using Aime you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. Aime is published by the Aime team in Vietnam. If this translation differs from the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version prevails.
The service
Aime is a solar and lunar calendar app with an assistant. Calendar, reminders, widgets and backup are free. Aime Chat and some advanced features are part of a paid plan (Premium).
Accounts
- You can use Aime without an account. An account is only needed for backup, sync and Aime Chat.
- When signing in, you confirm that you are at least 16 or have your parent’s or guardian’s consent.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and sign-in account secure.
Paid plans
- Premium is purchased through the App Store or Google Play and follows that platform’s payment, renewal and refund terms.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Aime Chat has usage limits per plan, shown clearly in the app.
Aime’s suggestions are for reference only
- Lunar dates, good days, auspicious hours and customs are calculated from widely used references. They are cultural information, not professional advice.
- Aime Chat answers are generated by AI and may be wrong. Please double-check anything important.
- Aime never changes your calendar on its own: every change goes through a preview and needs your confirmation.
Acceptable use
Do not use Aime to break the law, infringe others’ rights, spread harmful content, attack the service or get around its technical limits. Aime may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
You keep all rights to the data you create. You allow Aime to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy. When you enter someone else’s information (for example a family member’s birthday), you need their appropriate consent.
Intellectual property
The app, the Aime mascot, the interface and the content Aime writes belong to the Aime team. Do not copy or use them commercially without permission.
Limitation of liability
Aime is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Aime is not liable for indirect damages from missed appointments, reminders that do not arrive (for example when notifications are turned off on your phone) or decisions based on Aime’s suggestions.
Termination
You can stop using Aime and delete your account at any time in the app. Aime may discontinue a feature or the service and will tell you in the app beforehand.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation, then by a competent court in Vietnam.
Changes to these terms
For important changes, Aime lets you know in the app before they apply. Continuing to use Aime after that date means you accept the new version.
